About These Notices
As required by U.S. Department of Labor regulations (20 CFR 655.734), employers must provide public access to Labor Condition Applications filed with the DOL for H-1B, H-1B1, and E-3 nonimmigrant workers. Each posting below remains accessible for a minimum of 10 business days from the date of filing and is maintained for one year from the employment start date or one year from the date the LCA is signed by the DOL, whichever is later.
Each posting links to the signed Labor Condition Application (ETA Form 9035/9035E) once it is filed with the U.S. Department of Labor. Postings marked “Pending filing” will display the document here when it becomes available.
